My guess is since the assassin was asking the servant to “get him out of the house” when NK goes to the doctor with Kim, something bad might happen. He probably won’t be killed; if Min is asking to ‘have some fun with him’ then he will most likely be kidnapped (and then killed but we all know that won’t happen he’s the main character). Without SH’s protection (since he is at the tavern) and NK (presumably) leaving the house to go to the doctor, that gives the assassin time to pull something. Kim may go to retrieve the Lord from the tavern, and end up leaving NK alone/with the doctor, and/or NK and Kim may be attacked.

However, I’m kind of confused on why Jihwa had asked SH to meet him at the tavern. By the way Jihwa was speaking, it seems he does not know about the death of the servant, and has not officially let Min into the murder plan, so I have doubts that the meeting with SH is a diversion.
