It's pretty interesting. Though some of the concepts are not really new, it still has the potential to stand out from the rest. From the start, I was suspicious about everything in the manga; the angels, the kids being kept inside the "sanctuary", and the division between inside and outside the walls.
What exactly are the angels? What is the real reason they keep the children inside the Sanctuary? Why do they keep children only? What exactly is this "Paradise" that the kids, when they turn 14, go to?
That first chapter left me with many questions. I already have some theories, but I look forward to how it actually turns out.
