Kyo enabled his rapist by covering for him and saying it was consensual. A sad backstory is no excuse. But more concerned about cat bro, the only redeeming character so far, who is now traumatised at what he saw and guilt ridden as he couldn't save his big brother. Kyo should know psychology if he's a Dr and how his actions, and denials can do harm to himself and others. There are better manga with similar tags but this isn't a good start.
