It was great and I really liked it. However, as much as I felt bad for Miharu after everything she did for Kai I didn't like her when she acted all bitchy to Hizuki. She has all the right to get angry but as a nurse and as the childhood of Kai I wished she had a bigger heart to be the first person if not the only, to support and wish for Kai's happiness. Well although it may be hard if she really did love Kai but her actions shows that half of her was only ashamed to have been dumped over a guy. I think she was more afraid of what people will gossip about her rather than the fact that Kai dumped her.
