dont think so, is that the case why her last name is uchiha is that a secret they whuold do like with naruto his real last name is namikaze like 4th hokage but they put in him the last name of his mother
I really believe Sarada is the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura. Maybe the reason her birth is being kept a secret (like how no one wants to tell her of her birth and how she couldn't find any prove from the hospital about her birth) could be because she IS the daughter of Sasuke and maybe there could be people out to kill him and if they knew he had a child they would go after her? I don't know but it is a thought ╮(￣▽￣)╭
