From what I understand; Seungho is not taking anything because he is gay, he is taking medicine because he's got something going on mentally that developed AFTER his father locked him up. The illness his father was talking about is indeed his sexuality, and we can assume so since he said it was contagious and that he gave it to jihwa (or whatever his name is lol) But the doctor never gave him anything to cure his "gayness" because the father never told him the symptoms and couldn't find anything wrong with him. He was actually a happy 13 y.o.
So, that's it I think. Seungho went crazy because of the things he probably went through while his father treated him as sick.
