Theres a reason j's contract was mentioned, I think it's a make it or break it moment if J stops being an actor j and h could work which is plausible because iv always thought acting was therapy for him rather than a dream career. Since the beginning his attitudes been poor to acting and it felt like haesoo was his driving force, without haesoo he may have left acting already.
Unfortunately I cant see how J as an actor can maintain public favour if j and h get together i.e. being gay and used to be legal brothers because a hidden relationship would NEVER work.
But he wants to renew his contract and if so this story will end up everyone being single- in my opinion. Since taku is too infatuated with haesoo for it to be called real love. He seems desperate to tie haesoo down i.e. the ring knowing he needs time to get over J, which he DOES PEOPLE which may take years of therapy. And he seems unreliable because he may leave soon and isn't even sure himself if hes staying in korea.
J is willing to give up everything for haesoo which is the SOLE reason why they have communication problems! Even as children hes been trying to protect haesoo by pushing him away, the dumbass.
And so their relationship will NOT change until J confesses his feelings or haesoo forces it out of him- he is just killing haesoo when he needs to move on. But haesoo is incapable as can be seen by his numerous partners, no one else can satisfy him.
And how can haesoo move on? Leave the country I say especially if his parents get together which will be a constant reminder of a past that needs to be forgotten and the cycle will just continue. Haesoo RUN.
