No I've read omegaverse I'm not asking how can a baby come out of his butthole but instead I'm asking how can a TITAN BABY come out of his butthole. Because according to my memory, Caius has mentioned before that even a titan baby is in a bigger size than a normal human baby

Especially a Royal Titan baby since Caius and his parents and siblings are actually about a head taller than other Titans and Caius mentioned that that's normal. Not to mention that Koichi is roughly the size of a 10 year old Royal Titan.

Ok the plot was great and I cried while reading the last few chapters but like, I wonder how he's gonna have a baby. Like if his baby turns out to be a titan baby, would it not tear his butthole? This was honestly my only concern throughout the whole chapter
