So the Lady is evil and yes she knew about Flora because she had taken her work book. She says that Flora has the power to bring her art to life so she is trying to sacrifice Flora. Creepy cat had to surrender when he and Flora got basically ambush because the black cats told him that if he try anything than Flora would died. When they separated Flora from creepy the black cats took that opportunity to set him free because they are not evil cats they are themselves in a way hostage to the evil lady and want to help Creepy cat and Flora escape
