The meinichi guy was his dad's spirit, also known as the man who put the ninetail fox into Naruto when he was born. He apologized because he caused Naruto a life of isolation and lonliness because of what he's carrying inside of him. He's basically not allowed to go out because the fox is the reason so many people died on that day, making it hard for people when they see Naruto around carrying the fox inside of him. So sad, but once I saw his dad I knew it was going to be touching.
Wow, really cute beautiful yet great wrenching... Who is the menaichi person? The spirit of the fox tail? Why is he apologising and why is naruto not allowed to go outside on his bday? I don't know much about naruto(more like nothing) but read this cos of the beautiful cover, I hope the author draws more ......
