Okay allll this is a big misunstanding and lack of communication. When Tomoki went to the older brothers house(room) I think he was going to confess to Tomoki. When the Atsuya came in on Tomoki like that the plan was spoiled. Technically, Tomoki would of been the older brothers if lt wasn't for that. And as for the poor wife... I think she got preggerz on purpose to catch The older brother (︶︿︶)＝凸
