But aggressiveness doesn't always translate to being on top. After all, the uke from the second story was much more aggressive than the seme. He initiated all the kisses, and he's the one that pinned the seme down.

Given that this author showed that both semes and ukes can lead sexual foreplay, I think the dentist's comment, "I don't dislike talking like a seme," is more accurate in determining his preferred sex position than his sexual advances.

I think he meant in all his other relationships, he was the uke and he doesn't mind talking/being the seme in this relationship (considering he's fingering the older man). The little note below indicated that they haven't gone all the way in their relationship, so that means the dentist is talking about his prir relationships with other men.
