Much as I liked the story in all its fluffy adorableness I have to say this... Its still pedophilia. Even though nothing sexual happened. The very fact that the seme has a desire towards the uke while he is underage makes it pedophilic. Regardless of how "pure" the feelings were and thats a whole nother convo since anti-contact maps are a thing now. Its still pedophilic to have attractiom towards an underage (below the legal age of consent) person which the uke clearly was for most of the story
