I'm a former nurse and a huge fan of "back door play". Be careful though...rectal lubrication is not enough to get past the anus. Don't believe what you see in porn or manga (the guys/girls in porn are well "broken in") spit, skin and hair is nothing but painful if you're not "broken in". Proper lubrication and preparation are ABSOLUTELY necessary for a virgin or someone who does not "play" often.

hm, let see, i read somewhere that it's best to use special water type of lubricant. But, is there any other substitute with what we usually already has at home? As long as you clean up afterwards (which you should do anyway for comfort) the type (silicone, glycol, liquid or gel) of lubricant you use is not important. I, however, don't recommend olive oil, vegetable oil or especially mayonnaise (don't laugh, I've seen it done) because they harbor bacteria. A quality personal lubricant like AstroGlide, KY Jelly, GunOil (not for firearms!) or even Petroleum Jelly is your best choice. Use plenty of it and reapply it as often as needed. Don't be stingy. Preparing yourself or your partner is a form of foreplay. Take your time and enjoy it.

With anal, the thicker the better...petroleum jelly as a last resort though. It loses it's viscosity quickly under body heat and friction. I also don't recommend hand or body lotion. The rectum is very sensitive and can become irritated by things like fragrances. "Love Oils" are fine as long as they are labeled for internal use.
