It changes on daylight saving time. For me its in summer 14.00 and in winter 12.00
I think this might be it? It kinda changes through the whole year tbh

actually for me i used to get notifs at (aus time) 7:30pm then a couple weeks ago it changed to 9;30pm and today i still haven't gotten them and its 10pm so idk

I learned that a few years back,someone pointed out for me in a comment section. It does change here and then! Im not 100% if daylight saving plays a part but im pretty sure it does
