The way I see it is while the chapters with the sister felt like they wrapped up the end of the original story a bit better by solidifying Ewon's resolution to be with Mookyul, these recent chapters seem to be filling in a lot of the plot that was only really ever mentioned in passing so I'm enjoying them for what they are.
i like learning about sang chul he has such unwavering loyalty to mook yul that its interesting to see what the catalyst was
