I found it, it's called Kijima-kun. The site I read it on before had a different cover where he had blue/purple hair, but on this site he has pink hair in the cover so it probably would have been impossible for anyone to find Thank you for offering to help though :D (also your username )
Can y'all help me find a manga?? It had a purple/bluish haired guy who had a mean/scary looking face, kind of looked like a cat in a way. (Not False Memories) That's really all I remembered from it haha so I hope someone knows what manga I am talking about :')
