idk if you can get a fever from it, but it would upset your intestines to have a lot of semen suddenly put up in there. so yeah, they might feel a bit nauseous or generally sick and gross if it's not washed out.

I had question for a long time in all the novels and manga it is said that if the top came alot in bottom and didnt clean it up they will get sick and develop fever but this has no scientific backing but has been used for a long time does anyone know the reason?
