Is there supposed to be a second manga? Kio never officially found out he was an archangel right? And then there was no actual confession or anything (which if is fair since I feel like this was more fantasy/adventure with shounen ai as a lesser genere).

I like to think he's not that dense to not notice the mark on the archangel (Luriel?) is EXACTLY the same as his.

This was a while ago but I think I remember most of the story. He'd probably figure it out, but it's very anticlimactic story writing wise. Having the whole story build up to show that Kio is a strong archangel and have their relationship develop- only for it to end on him STILL not officially knowing, and their relationship not turning into anything.

But yeah prob not that dumb, I just wish it ended better author should've written an epilogue or a follow up >:[

I completely agree the story has an anticlimactic finale.... (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I think the author likes her story to be family friendly idk.
I've read her other works like moon trick and another one that I forgot the title. She/he/they like to keep everything in a safe zone out of too dark/serious theme. Her works/stories are usually optimistic. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
So yeah I don't think she wants to showcase the character as being too intimate on a physical level(?) but more on an emotional level.
I think she also visualizes angels like folks that don't search love in a sensual way. I mean I don't recall all the chapters but they aren't any couples in the angels and they are born from flowers...
    It's more companioship.
So does our view of love relationship and couples the same with their (angels) view of love?

    Idk maybe I'm wrong.
Tbh I think the author wrote with that in mind but at the same couldn't help but ship the characters.
