They didn't really cover it yet. I think it might just be because Nine isn't the typical strong werewolf like the rest of his pack. Nine seems way more timid and avoids all confrontation compared to the other werewolves we've met so far.
I dunno if Nine is already awakened or not, but I would really like to see Nine go wild and beat the fkxnsk out of this guy ahhaahhahaha. Also, I might have missed it, but why does his brother (Migen) hate Nine??
