one problem i have with the main romance lead. he was annoying and unlikeable AT FIRST. he kept bugging mari when she clearly wasn't interested even after she cleared and apologized for that mishap/misunderstanding in the beginning. he'a the type of guy who doesn't take no for an answer and still disregards mari's feelings even when she says she's uncomfortable around him. he even went as far to stalk her when she was hanging out with her friends. he also bought movie tickets without asking her if she wanted to go watch with him. he bought the tickets without asking so that she feels obligated to go with him(since he already bought them). if you want to woo a girl to get her to like you back do the things she likes instead of watching movies abt vampire hunters lmaoo. but mari's different bc she's uninterested to talk about herself in front of him. but she's also different in a sense bc she develops feelings for him later despite his annoyances
