Ohh just click the 3 button thing at the upper right of your screen then click Desktop site. If the desk top site has a blue botton that means it's turned on.

I'm not sure but maybe, I tried to make my page on desktop ver just now and at the very bottom after the |Top it supposed to be |Mobile ver or something
