Not really, she just wanted to know if she was still charming to guys... To her, if her colleagues wasn't interested in her then there would be no way her boss would look at her. It's pretty well done in the manga.... every time she seeks attention from guys she's only thinking of her lover. But even like that she confronted him directly and stayed faithfull to him anyway.
