First of all NO. Even if they were ugly af, or what I would still think that they deserve a second chance. Chowon should face the consequences of what he did, yes, but depriving him of his happiness and a chance to truly change is wrong. What he did was unimaginable and wrong, and I would never like it if they just consider it as nothing, all that, past is past forgive-forget bullshit, but if you say that Chowon doesn't deserve a second chance that's where your wrong, do you really think putting him in a psychiatric hospital would do him anything good? He would just hate them even more and carry that hatred for a long time. Chowoon deserves a chance, a chance to truly change on his own accord, because if you force someone to change nothing will happen at all, and I think that Kyungsoo will help Chowon realize the stuff that he needs to get done.

One wrong move about your calculations on how to solve them will cause a big mess. He needs to get one and, a psychiatric hospital could be one but, if it's against his own will then NO. You can force them to get psychological help but, you can't force them to be in a psychiatric hospital, why? Cause getting psychological help and getting confined in a psychiatric hospital is a whole lot different. You can talk them into doing so, but not force them.
