Does anybody know about a manga where the ML has long hair because his mother wanted a girl and when they where in I believe elementary they where bullying him about his long hair and he cut it off with scissors. And the FL dressed as a boy because her brother does and they armed wrestled and she fell inlove with him. And she confessed and he said no because his mom always got in his way of relationships and he always said yes to girls that confessed except FL and at the end he fell inlove when they armed wrestled. Sorry it's long I just really have been looking for it :(
