He even reaffirmed it on the same chapter! And, Tomura, "only want to do it, never made it clear"... but he confirmed that he loved you twice- one was when he said he wanted to confess his love, and the other when he said it... then you said, "me too"! So I don't know why there's a fresh new conflict that must contradict the chapter before it. They both confessed, reaffirmed it, even.
