I remember more details if that would help you. The two were childhood friends but the smaller friend was a bit younger and lusted after the older friend. The older friend got a bonk on the head by the younger friend where he proceeded to cover him with all the toppings and then licked them off. He did the rest of what you described and then when the older one came too he wondered why he was so sticky while the younger one smirked.
