If you think of it objectively, the brother has nothing to do with the MC's sister being beat up, it was all work of the bitch. The bitch is only using her brother so that she wouldn't receive any retaliation but the brother doesn't have any direct relation in her actions. In fact, the bitch beat up the MC's sister without the brothers knowledge.
