Yeah, I agree. I actually read it for the plot and not the smut because I was interested in how the story would turn out. It is a beautiful manhwa, but it felt a little too rushed. I just feel like there many things brought up about the case, like we were gonna find out what happened but none of that really mattered I guess because it ended abruptly. There’s just no closure for me, personally.
Tbh, I’m probably the type to confess and go to jail. Their stories were tragic. But I’m glad that they found some peace, happiness and the sense of belongingness while it might just have been short. I want that feeling, the feeling that i am needed. I wish that the author shed light about the character K who was super sus btw and why Gusam could not remember why he was in a that crime situation. Was Gusam falsely accused? Or he subconsciously forgotten what he did? I mean he realized he couldn’t remove the man’s body(by chopping the body) and couldn’t see himself doing the crime he was accused of. Lee’s case could’ve been seen as self-defense against the man who tried to rape him. But I guess fear was more dominant in their situation, hence their joint suicide. I also think that the author was rushing it, i can probably see how this can bring too much stress. Nonetheless, the author did a wonderful job showing the character’s emotions through the beautiful art this comic is. Good job and hoping to find more of their work. Thank you to the uploaders!
