from what i saw in the raws: azuki suspects something happened with chika. chika doesnt say. so they have this little awkwardness between them for a while. black haired ml talks to chika. chika talks about how he doesnt want azuki to know about how pathetic he was and about his past (basically he is saying this while recalling how he slept with another women and doesnt want her to know). He is basically saying he wishes he never slept with the otehr women, he was only running way and he was stupid for doing that.
in the end, he told azuki eveyrthing and she accepted him and said that she will ways be with him.
my point here is: chika was being dumb and cowardly and he realized it. thank god. because azuki was always there for him yet he was the one who never spoke up. instead he decided not to open up and sleep with another women. HE is at fault here and im glad he recognized it and told azuki.
