It is rather annoying. But romance is very popular (with girls, usually), so a manga without much would be seinen.
Why ? She's pretty good compared to other heroines i actually like her ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Her character is annoying, for me.
In my opnion romance is just not suitable for a manga with this kind of genre
