The ants basically help the relationship developed if there were no ants then the seme and uke would have never gotten together.

Yeah personally i agree the seme should have just help the uke with sealing the hole but then they would also have the problem of getting rid of the ants that was already in the room and the seme wasn’t going to kill the ants.

Plus this is a manga logic barely exists in manga.
