Yes they are half siblings.
With the birth certificate of Iku I think the mom said it would be easier like that so the dad won't find out bout her infidelity

*Spoilers* Question for the people who have read it
I'm wondering, people keep on saying that they're not blood- related but I thought that they are since they share the same mother but different fathers, so wouldn't that mean that they're half- siblings? As well, I still don't get why the mother tried to cover up Iku's birth certificate because her biological father was the one that brought her up unlike Yori, so why did she cover Iku birth certificate, but not Yori's?
