no im pretty sure its weird there too. you can tell by sanadas reaction to finding out he went out with such an older man. and concerning the age of consent, how its held and treated is different in japan but its still 18. child welfare laws are kinda a thing
its not different there, even if it would be legal its was whole grown ass adult going out with a high schooler its not okey and never will be :/
