is it the one where he landed on an island of people that can turn into cats and the chief was a tiger shifter or something then he tries to get him pregnant with some special fruit???

Nope. That one is a one shot by Naono Bohra called "Love Snatcher" in the "A Desire Boy"/ "Yokubou Shounen" book. Also brilliant.
