It’s not real tho. This whole manwhua is so ridiculous that it’s funny so it matches that everything else doesn’t make sense. This isn’t meant to be realistic. Also it’s normal that body proportions are unrealistic in these kind of stories and it must be the author type of style I guess ╮(￣▽￣)╭
