The snake demon states that he(Fox Demon) betrayed his fellow demons and mentioned the half-breed http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/imae_rayuan/uu/iur_chapter-28/pg-5/ and http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/imae_rayuan/uu/iur_chapter-side2/pg-25/ (the minister/Taeryung) is keeping him hidden.

i would rlly recommend rereading the story of you’re confused. i was like wtf is going so i had to reread. everything makes a lot more sense if u do. another thing that i caught was that the guy who is with the minister is not bohyun. i don’t know why i even thought that but i did. bohyun is just about dead with every other exorcist caught in the explosion.
