Im just guessing here but heres what i think-
So Jeremy has been put to trial for attacking the prince so to get them out FL (forgot her name) is trying to gather support in order to protect him-
This support is coming in the form of her family because they are extremely powerful, however since they dont like her they dont wanna help-
So i think FL has found a latter basically saying the purposed behind her marriage to her late husband, but since its not an official letter it doesnt have any use-
So in order to use it to help Jeremy shes gone to red haired flower guy to see if he can confirm its content and give support to Jeremy
I didnt really understand what was in the letter and this is just kinda how i understood it, so it might not be accurate... Please correct me if im wrong or if someone actaully knows what happened

Well, remember what the atty said last time about making Jeremy the head of the family? The MC can make Jeremy the Head of the Family but theres a bump, they cannot ask the royal family considering the situation, the other one is divorce (with the late marquis, johannes) the only way thats possible though is for the marquis to say that he has never touched or consummated his marriage with Shuli, considering his death, its not possible. Shuli then found the letter that contains that statement, but she needs someone as a witness to testify for the content (the brother in law of johannes, the current head of the family of the desceased machoiness, the receipient of the letter). Her request for an audience however was denied so she approached lucretia, jeremy's aunt who the mother of the late machioness and the current head adores like a daughter. Thats it for my explaination hehe.
Theres a cause of conflict between the two families, it happened when Shuli married the Marquis, the Mother of the precious Marchioness hated the Desceased Johannes because he married Shuli. The mother is like the final boss kinda like a matriarch of the family. Hope this helps. (Thats why the Count said: don't tell my mother)

can somebody explain what happened in the latest two chapters? because I understood until they started talking about the letter, then my brain derped
