Shoujo Manga

Trying to find a shoujo that's in a series of one shots. It's about this guy who likes to tease a girl in his class but he actually likes her. On the last day of middle school she asks him to give a love letter to his best friend. He doesn't give it to him and ends up asking her out himself and she ends up accepting because she assumes she's been dumped by the other guy anyway. Some time later after they've been going out for a while they both feel themselves growing apart and the guy finds out that his friend actually liked the girl the whole time.
