I can't wrap my head around why Megumi had to change. Megumi didn't seem happy after hearing that the changes weren't necessary and even wanted to change back but wasn't allowed to. What a quack docton, he should lose his licence. Also, bad parents for being so dumb and selfish... (I know it's a manga.) Megumi is awesome though!
