You expect any different from an omega, alpha and beta story (omegaverse). Of course theirs going to be rape and incest, having such a brutal thing as alpha first, beta second, omega last and least.

There are good alpha beta omega world building out there with good and quite nice story. What you write is not always true. I was specifically talking about this manga only.
Everyone literally act like animal here ngl. I feels like reading a story of a pack of wolf. Alpha beta omega, the dominant opressed the weak, incest being left unquestioned, rape, how everyone is actually close each others but will definitely kill each other bcs of instinct. It's literally pack of wolf if they were human. Interesting tho.
