Hello, I'm searching for this manga
The uke used to couple with this seme and they break up because of some reason ( I forgot) The seme kinda possessive and abusive
So they broke up, uke found new person and that current seme really love him
But the ex seme come back ask them to be together and uke follow the ex seme
But after that uke become really depressed and thin, he don't want to eat anything
Seme said he don't wish for him to be like that so he let him go
And uke go to the one that he currently in love
