There is no harem.
Actually, there is almost no women in the story and you will even miss to see some women on it.
However, MC mets several women over the story and several of them fall for MC, but MC did not even notice it because he is devoted to cultivation.
MC only got two wives. The first one was only platonic and never got it formal. It was with the second one he lost his virginity, at the age of almost 1000 years old. But that is it, just two wives and be with the second one only once and never got contact with other women in the next 10k years.
