it takes about like 10 days in total i'd say, so i'm sure she did eat. but probably nothing extravagant or necessary to show, since the comic is about her cooking for the dragon king.
I know it's common not to think too much about the clothings, but if you think about were the setting or where she came from, clothes are practically luxury for poor commoner. And of course she ate, probably a nibble or two from the excess ingredients that are not worthy to process. It's sad, but that's how it is. She might not overthink it at all.
that's true, most families only had 1 or 2 dresses per person, only washing their undergarments instead of their actual outerwear to prevent it from wearing down.

I know it's just fiction and common in anime or smth but really, she just isekai-ed and didn't have any clothes for change. Also did she eat while going through trouble to prepare for all the food tho? The preparation seem to took quite some time :(
