Inami Nahoshi was never in a coma, she entered one of the wells in John Walkers unconscious and left alive, probably did something to her ability to walk. The other guy is.. forgot his name, he was the guy who killed for her, the Gravedigger, one of the victims of. the Perforator. Maybe hes there as a placeholder to help her remember what shes there for and who she is, kinda like Kaeru.
You should probably watch the anime.

2. When Inami was inserted into the well, her personality split according to Momoki. Both of those people in the car are Inami (blindfold girl and hat dude)
Why is Inami Nahoshi not in a coma like Fukuda?????!?!!?!?!? Im do confused. And why is there another guy with Inami in the well?????
