That's a shame, I think this manga is really interesting and adorable. I'm happy this isn't a tragedy because the (main) characters are so adorable, but I understand if you think differently!

You are missing out. You might not understand, but a misdiagnosis can sometimes be much worse than you can imagine. She gave up everything, sold everything, and now has nothing, because she believed that diagnosis. Imagine finding out that you are alright, after losing everything due to it.
