I think he's (the seme) is being set up by the reddish blond hair guy who seems more evil. It might be that he is being targeted because the seme likes him.

Ikr I’m kinda uncomfortable. I relate to the uke, so the whole “rich people interfering in your life” thing is so weird, and it’s hard for him to refuse anything because he’s vulnerable, that entire situation.... jeez, rich people in manga always make stuff complicated.
I feel like he genuinely likes him and wants to be friends with him but is just awfull in having normal relationships with anyone due to his up bringing idk. He is awfull at having normal HUMAN interactions and has no tact. It's like he genuinely doesn't understand why JiWook is refusing the food or any help from him. I guess it's a thing for rich guys in manhwas. And his mood swings are giving me whiplash. He has some serious anger issues he needs to work on. I sympathize with JiWook so much. Hopefully author is competent enough and will give Seungeon much needed character development
