I read only one chapter, but when I saw this comment and how the uke reacted after his relationship failed with the other guy, I just have to say this: I read this scenario in another manga and it had the same result. The ukes are most likely traumatised by their failed relationship with the one bisexual guy, they either break it off early, cheat or are abusive/unhealthy relationships. So of course it makes sense that this uke is wary or wants to avoid depressing relationships like that in future.
