Ignore anonymous ... you can click on a persons' name to follow them, or you can actually google someone by typing in "mangago+[user name] and get their homepage - where there is a button to follow them ...

The activities of that person will appear on your timeline. You also can have a little private chat/comment among your group in timeline.

Don't get me wrong. I DIDN'T tell you to follow randomly. And I found only few people do that. Most people follow the one they like.. But the one who's followed, will follow back or not, it's another issue.
