Most of them are both bittersweet and interesting imo (I've just divided them for my own convenience).
I'm sorry if it's not what you've expected. I tried to avoid the "path" you mentioned, but the truth is I may not remember everything so clearly, so please forgive me.

Do you know Miyamoto Kano? Her stories are almost always like that- they leave you with a bit of sadness, even if there's a happy ending.

I've read the second one, but I've been avoiding the first one for some while now, even though i've heard many say it's good.I tried reading it once, but when i saw the guy drooling over the new guy who enters the bar, it was a turn off for me and he took that guy to his house for.. i forgot what reason, i kinda lost interest.Please tell me, do they do it at his house?

Nope... They didn't do it. Actually i had the same feeling as you are when i read this manga for the first time, but i still read it. At the end... This is the only yaoi manga that made me shed my tears (for real) ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
